High  strength glass beads ( blasting  and  peening )

It takes compressed air as the momentum and uses glass bead as the medium, through high-speed and high-pressure jetting on the surface of workspace.
Products after shot blasting can eliminate the tensile stress, lengthen the fatigue life, and improve its capacity for anti-stress corrosion. 

These products have wide scope of application:
◆ Clear diverse moulds of impact forging, forging, glass, rubber and plastic, metal casting and extrusion.
◆ Eliminate tensile stress, increase fatigue life and enhance stress corrosion resistance. For example, aircraft engine turbo, vane, shaft, undercarriage, diversified springs and gears, etc.
◆ Clean and remove slitter edge and burr on the circuit plate and plastic-sealed geminate transistors before stannum soldering
◆ Remove stems in the piston and cylinder and provide bright and half-lackluster surface for medical mechanical instruments and automobile parts
◆ Clear electromotor and such parts as loop, electric brush and rotor of during heavy repair
