Product Description
This unit uses LLDPE as main material and adopts several kinds of resins to manufacture the
double-side self-sticky stretch wrapping film. The film has good tensile strength,anti-pricking
ability and impact strength. Its good shrinking memory function and self-sticky can make
goods integrity to prevent good from loosening and collapsing during transportation and being
polluted by dust.
The transparency and tensile strength of this product can make the packaging beautiful, economical and practical. The film can be widely used in wrapping of palletized goods. It's a good substitute for hot shrinking packaging film during transportation.
Characters：
1．T-die applies a special bouble-flow-saving design, to control the thickness of film more exactly.
2．The screw applies special mix design and top plastic design to insure the granule are melted completely, so that the film with well-proportioned color and good output.
3．With automatic temperature control system, it can control the whole production and adjust the film thickness and smoothness.
4．The film thickness is controlled by adjusting screw and pulling speed, it can control sheet thickness exactly.
5．Cooling roller with 370mm diameter and double-loop cooling system. Computerized temperature control system to control cooling roller is optional. It makes the film more smooth and the thickness more even.
