Applications：This machines is mainly to produce PE plastic film (stretch film, voluble film) and film for keeping fresh. It is comprisely by main machine, accessory machine and electric control part. Characters： 1．T-die applies a special bouble-flow-saving design, to control the thickness of film more exactly. 2．The screw applies special mix design and top plastic design to insure the granule are melted completely, so that the film with well-proportioned color and good output. 3．With automatic temperature control system, it can control the whole production and adjust the film thickness and smoothness. 4．The film thickness is controlled by adjusting screw and pulling speed, it can control sheet thickness exactly. 5．Cooling roller with 370mm diameter and double-loop cooling system. Computerized temperature control system to control cooling roller is optional. It makes the film more smooth and the thickness more even.
