Dl-Malic acid is widely used in food industry, Pharmaceutical, light industry and chemical industry. It is an important organic acid. Caloricity of DL-Malic acid is very low, so it is an ideal additive in foodstuffs. Compared with citric acid, the flavour is more bland and smooth. Mainly used as foumulation of synthetic for the daily chemicals, as well as for the lacca lacquers in the chemical industry.
