HLP-50 Cylinder knitting machine mainly produces the soffili yarn which has the constructionof the hollow tape yarn outside and the cotton scattered fiber with a staple length of less than 38mm as the feed material inside.

2.8 The combing roller, feed roller, output roller, and ring spindle for de-twisting and take-up are controlled by the independent motors. Their speeds are controlled by the frequency inverters.

2.9 There is the yarn breakage stop device for one spindle. The motor or the feed stops when the yarn breaks.

2.10 If you want to make the yarn more than 3 Nm, it is unnecessary to access the air, it depends on the air current of the combing roller. If you want to make the rough yarn, or find it is difficult to comb or transfer, the air should be accessed.

2.11 The feed should have one or two roving yarn.

2.12 Besides the electric cabinet, the machine can be divided into five sections, ten spindles for one section. They are packed before shipment.

2.13 The parameters can be set, amended and stored by the PLC and human-machine operation.
