Single-color Rotary Screen Printing Machine, Textile Printing Machine, Fabrics Printing Machine

1. Effective Printing Width: 1850mm

3. Function: It can be used for single color printing and also the humid coating.
4. Structure:
1) Main Motor: Y132S-4 Three-phase A.C. Motor; Frequency (speed) control.
2) Power: 5.5KW and one WPDA decelerator is attached.
3)The machine structure is made of high-quality steel board which is bend shaped, the roller is made of stainless steal and one electromotion gear vacuum pump, one stainless steal scraper, one scraper for cleaning main roller, stainless steal water jetting pipe etc are attached.
5. Regulation: The upward-downward movement of screen head is controlled by cylinder. The gap can be regulated vernier adjusted. All the cloth pressing roller, screen spreading and supporting stick of scraper are steam driven controlled.
6. Principle: When the rotary screen is revolved, the slurry is filled in the mesh because of the scraper bending force. And then the slurry is pressed on the supposed fabric. Because the force of scraper , the slurry supplying and filtration force can be manual controlled, the machine can met demands of all kinds of printing style.
7. Operation:
  (1) Rotary screen installation: turn around the main rotary screen bracket, then put the copper nail upward, make the copper nail And the hole on the end ring at the same level, turn around the rotary screen ring after the rotary screen is installed, lock the main driven terminal(the position where the regulation circlip is installed). After that pull the passive rotary screen bracket, install another terminal of roary screen printing machine and lock the endring. Turn on the air source switch, regulate the pressure to 4kg/cm. Push the buttom of screen spreading cylinder on the control board and make the rotary screen tightly fixed.
(2) The slurry scraper is layed at the side of scraper bracket, put the scraper into the screen.(without touching or hitting the roary  screen), put it into the scraper bearing. And at the same time, put the nail on the passive scraper into the scraper bearing, turn on the handle, fix the scraper well.
(3) Push the scraper buttom on the control board, put the scraper down (the position of scraper can be regulated by the scraper regulation buttom on the control board).
(4) Put the fabric throgh the machine according to the fabric passing through routine, then connect the slurry pipe.
(5) Push the buttom of pressing roller, make the fabric pressing roller surpress the main driven roller.
(6) Turn on the switch of slurry supplying pump on the control board. After sending the slurry to roary screen, turn on the machine switch.
