Antimony Doped Tin Oxide (for short ATO) is an N-type semiconductor material, with the features (excellent conductivity, transparence, good weather resistance, stability and low rate of infrared emission), and it can be widely applied in many fields such as window film, paint, chemical fiber, polymer film and so on for its excellent blocking infrared ray property. As the special need of window film, it requires ATO to be dispersed in solvent base solvent, while other type of solvents are difficult to meet the demand for the product. Basing on it, we develop different solvent-based ATO solutions, their pH value(2~11) and concentration(10%~40%) are adjustable, and they can be well mixed with other solvents and resin blending. ATO solutions described above can be effectively added to hard coatings of IR film, which are scratch resistant and cured by UV light. And they can be added into polyurethane adhesive and pressure sensitive adhesive of laminating layer or pressure sensitive adhesive of mounting layer, mixing with them evenly.
Product performance
The performance of thermal insulation
ATO nano particle has strong absorbing and reflecting capacity to near infrared ray (780nm~2500nm), so it is with excellent thermal insulation performance.
Transparence
ATO nano particle is very weak to absorb visible light (380nm~780nm), and it is made of particles with different sizes which is hard to be scattered by visible light, therefore it is with excellent transparence.
Dispersibility
ATO solution can be dispersed evenly, and well mixed with the adhesive, so it can be stored a long time.
Electrical conductivity
The conductive nano particles distributed in the solution evenly react each other, then form into conductive film, the charges in the film realize the high transmission and anti-static function (101-6Ω . Cm2 )
Durability
The nano metal oxide particles with stable chemical performance, is seldom affected by the heat and humidity, so it can keep half-permanent conductive chemical performance.

For example, ATO is applied in window film, the methods are as follows:
To achieve the standard of window film: Visible Light Transmission(70%~85%), Infrared Radiation Rejection(20%~50%), high definition. ATO-MP030 for WF(IF) can be added into the hard coating of any window film or laminating layer (polyurethane adhesive or pressure sensitive adhesive) of 2 ply window film or mounting layer of 1 ply window film by proportion.
To achieve the standard of window film: Visible Light Transmission(50%~70%), Infrared Radiation Rejection(20%~70%), high definition. ATO-MP030 for WF(IR) can be added into the hard coating and mounting layer of 1 ply window film or hard coating and laminating layer (polyurethane adhesive or pressure sensitive adhesive) or laminating layer (pressure sensitive adhesive ) of more than 2 ply window film by proportion.
To achieve the standard of window film: Visible Light Transmission(10%~50%), Infrared Radiation Rejection(70%~90%), high definition. ATO-MP030 for WF(IR) can simultaneously be added into the hard coating and 2 laminating layers (polyurethane adhesive or pressure sensitive adhesive) of more than 3 ply window film by proportion.
Storage:
Be stored in a cool place and far away from heat resources.
Shelf life: Two years at the low temperature.
