Dedusting System：
The gravity deduster, with dedusting effect up to about 80%, can catch powder dust above 75μm. All the powder dudusted in the first stage is fine aggregate which will be conveyed into the hot aggregate hoister by the spiral conveyor.
The chamber high voltage pulse bag deduster adopts America Nomex blanket and ensures long-time working under rated high temperature, featuring long service life and good air permeability. It will dedust powder below 75μm. T he bag dedusting effect is up to above 99.5%, superior to the environmental protection index specified by the state.
Dosing System
Mould design, reasonable layout and convenient and rapid dismantling and installation. Optional 5-15m3 single hopper volume. Isolation screen on the top of hopper prevents superlarge aggregates from entering.
The belt feeder is equipped with shaft-mounted reduction gear, featuring compact structure and low failure rate. The outlet is equipped with starving alarm device.
Aggregate and feed conveyors are driven by motor roller, simple in structure and quite low in maintenance rate. The conveying belt adopts adapter-free ring belt, featuring stable running, small noise and long service life.
Feed conveyor inlet is equipped with vibration attenuation sieve, enabling the large stone enter the drying drum, effectively reducing system waste quantity and saving cost.
Combustion System
World famous combustors adopts international latest flame control patent technology, featuring advanced technology, reasonable structure, high intelligence, high safety, high cost performance, low energy consumption, low wear, low noise and low pollution. It is suitable for various heavy oil and residual oil in any domestic refining plants, realizing automatic switching and respective control of light/heavy oil ratio. The advanced oil supply system enables the excellent atomization and full combustion of heavy oil and residual oil. Oil saving rate: 7-15%. Flame adjustment ratio: 10:1.
It realizes the monitoring and revision of computer displayer system parameters and fault alarm in Chinese. All the works and cases are controlled by PLC, convenient and simple for operation.
Hot Aggregate Hoister
Hot aggregate hoister is a kind of efficient hoister. The equipped engineering sleeve roller chain adopts alloy structural steel, featuring flexible and stable running, small friction resistance, low noise, low failure rate and long service life. At the same time, the automatic chain takeup device and high performance electromagnetic braking reducer guarantee working safety, reliability and efficiency.
Drying Roller
The scientific and reasonable spreading board design makes the materials take on optimal curtain status; there is also excellent end sealing. The heat preservation layer of the external stainless steel wall effectively improves the thermal efficiency of the drying roller. The roller is driven by high performance reduction motor, connecting with high temperature resistant nylon supporting wheels through universal joint coupling. The drying roller is running depending o n the friction. The flexible expansion gasket can reduce the transmission wear to the drying roller, reduce noise and extend service life.
Vibrating Screen
It is equipped with efficient vibrating screen: the screening mesh fixation adopts rapid wire retractor device, making the replacement o f the screening mesh rapid and convenient. The whole screening mesh adopts check bolts for connection, good in integrity, firm and durable. The vibrating screen is also connected with motor plug braking device, able to eliminating the jumping and irregular motion of the vibrating screen when it is about to stop. The whole screen is within the anti-dust shield, which is equipped at the feeding inlet and dedusting outlet as ideal eco-friendly equipment.
Heat Transfer Oil Heating and Asphalt Supplying System
The equipment adopts automatic horizontal heat transfer oil heating system mould transportation and installation. The combustor adopts import brand, functioning automatic ignition and automatic monitoring working status. The combustor can work with big or small fire according to the temperature of the heat transfer oil.
Control System
The control system is mainly control computer; the main electrical elements adopt Siemens components （such as PLC）. Both m annual and automatic operation are available. PLC makes sampling through the external parts and outputs and controls external drive components through computation, comparison and processing, thus really realizing computer control of the mixing station. The system functions automatic head revision and can print and count daily, monthly and annual production report forms. The data records can be stored for ever and the formulations can be stored without limitation. The failure prompt and dynamic display are display the whole production process.
