1) Function & features:
It is one of the corollary equipments for impact test, specially used in the notch processing for impact specimen. Through broaching, it can be moulded, with good quality and identity. The finished samples comply with the requirements of GB/T229-1994, ISO148:1983; ISO83:1976 and other requirements at home and abroad. The broach is made by W18CV4V materials, with high hardness, good wear resistance. Each broach can process about 20000 samples;
CSL-A manual broaching machine is simple, driven by hand, which is applied to the testing departments with few tests, and it can make one notch of U-type or V-type;
CSL-B electric broaching machine is double-pole structure driven by mechanism and it can make two kinds of notches: U-type or V-type; It only takes 8 seconds to process one broach, simply and reliably. The notch broaching machine is the necessary equipment for the physical & chemical labs of such departments as metallurgy, boiler and pressure vessel, vehicles, machinery and other departments.
