7.Type:we have two types.One is DZL chain grate stoker automatic feeding fuel and removing dregs type. Another is DZH hand operate moving grate type which needs labour to feed fuel and remove the dregs.

1.Spirally corrugated tube
Function:heat transfer enhancement, reduce the spirally corrugated tube numbers, and improve the suppleness to avoid the tube plate cracking.
2.Arched tube plate
Function:reduce the thermal stress of weld and improve the tube plate suppleness,meantime, simplify the structure and save the boiler room space.
3.Airfoil flue
Function:lower the high temperature of tube plate flue gas, and then reduce the thermal load of of the boiler bottom.
4.Complete protection device
Function:deal with the situation of overpressure,overtemperature,water shortage and flameout.

2.Normally we use 20 flat rack container and 40 flat rack for the boielr main part and 20 container, 40container for boielr accessories.
3.All goods will be reforced after packing into containers.
4. We have stable shipping company to cooperate. They will confirm the safty of the goods.
5. Shipping way is different according to customer's country. Mostly by sea. Some country by train.
