EBT EAF oxygen lance; promote EBT cold zone melting scrap, improve the EBT area of bath temperature, bath composition uniformity; achieve EBT regional CO reburning; by 5 minutes after the smelting time; lowering energy consumption 10-20kwh / t; resorted to when the EBT steel temperature and composition region with other regions of the furnace is almost the same temperature and composition.
