4.       Soledering and cleaning processes

Keep all switch contacts in their “OFF” position for all operations

Wave slodering: Recommended solder temperature at 260℃ approximately 2 seconds, while applying solder

Reflow Soldering: reflow zone 240℃ for 20 seconds (for SMT type)

5.       Cleaning Proces

Flux clean using force rinse, high agitation or triple bath cleaning method

Freon TF or TE give excellent results. When vapor methods are used don’t subject the switch to solvents at temperature above 51℃.

6.       Packing

SMT type can be shipper in Ta;e & Reel Packing, the quantity is 900pcs/reel.
