1. Acid/Neutral Cellulase
Textile enzyme of cellulase (Celzyme-TC) is obtained from the high cellualse producing microbial strain by submerged fermentation process which widely used in textile and garment stone wash industries
Traditionally, the denim is faded by the abrasive action of lightweight pumice stones on the garment surface to give the jeans or other denim a fashionable look, but too much abrasion will lead to the fabric damaged and the sediment will result in the environment impact, however, the cellulase supplement will accelerate the abrasion by loosening the dye on denim, and the drawbacks of abrasion can be eliminated
The biopolishing is other main function, the cellulase will hydrolyze the microfibrils protruding from the yarn surface and break off the main body of the fiber, thus, improve the quality of yarn by smoother feel and excellent color brightness

Even now, the starch is still the most common sizing agent for threads of fabrics in order to prevent breaking during waving, but in the subsequent stages, the size must be removed to facilitates the bleaching or dyeing, since the enzymes are charactered with stability, economy and specificity, it will not harming the yarn and provided with high efficient, so the amylase has been selected and widely used for desizing process
