SF9000A/B is a kind of two-component solvent free polyurethane adhesive, widely used in laminating of various treated film like OPP, CPP, PVDC, LDPE, PET, PA, Aluminized film, Cellophane paper etc.

Lower coating weight, greatly decline the production cost; Without drying section, save the cost of energy; Without solvent, save the cost of material
Inflammable, avoid the risk of fire accident. Without the solvent, be not harmful to the workers.
High initial and final bonding strength, good heat-sealing strength
Available to operate in Room-temperature, easy to clean

Mix Ratio By Weight
SF9000A: SF9000B=100: 85 in general. The mix proportion of SF9000A/SF9000B can be from 100: 75 to 100: 95. Please choose the suitable proportion according to operation environment.
Package
Pack in steel drum normally.
Main agent is 20kg/drum. Hardener is 17kg/drum.
Safety & Storage
Store in cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from heat and ignition sources, keep container tightly closed.
