2.The hard core of this production line is: drying system. Segmented heating is the heating way. High pressure and low air quantity blower will be used in the predrying period, it can make relative wet chicken powder particles completely fluidize; Low pressure and high quantity blower will be used in the drying section, because it removes more water in one unit time and it dries products uniformly; High air quantity blower will be used in the cooling section, because it removes heat rapidly to lower the temperature of products so that can meet the requirement of water control and be convenient for the following.
3.Cyclic system of drying medium: air blower, heater, the inlet air pipe is made of stainless steel to prevent products from being polluted by unclean wind.
4.Quick-open structure is used between the upper and under beds of main machine. Traditional structure “bolted connection form” is abandoned, it’s convenient for system thorough cleaning.
5.Hole pattern of material separating bed boards is combined type. For front end , it is ligulate hole, it can guarantee material go forward smoothly and no leaking; For middle and after ends, it is straight hole, so that hot air penetration rate is higher and heat exchange is more sufficient.
6.The under bed is supported by stainless steel seamless steel tube. The structure is more strong and service life is longer.
7.The under bed is full weld with stainless steel to avoid sewage entering into thermal insulating layer when cleaning, so that it influences product quality. What’s more, cleaning hole is considered. Cleaning is more convenient.
