tube chain conveyor is the special equipments to continuously convey fine powder and granule bulk materials. The types of Tube chain conveyors can be classified as horizontal flat, horizontal upright and vertical upright.

For horizontal conveyors, the chains and disks generate horizontal thrust to push the materials. When the internal friction of material is greater than the external friction of material on tube wall, the material will move with the disks and form a stable flow.

For vertical conveyor, the chains and disks generate up thrust. The under-feeding pattern prevents the product falling and generates lateral pressure that will reinforce the internal friction. When the internal friction is greater than the external friction and the product dead weight, the product will move upwards with the disks and form a continuous flow.

Suitable for continued conveying of powder, pellets and small lump material in a closed tube loop. Horizontal, vertical, incline or it combination layout are possible. Typical application includes those dusty bulk solid conveying in chemical industry, polyester, coal chemical, food industry etc.
