JL7501 (emulsion type)
Raw materials: high quality Non-GMO soybean
Ingredients: defatted soybean, ferment, soybean phospholipids
Characteristics: JL7501 with excellent emulsion property can absorb much water and oil to increase output and cut cost. JL-7501 provides strong gel strength through water binding and oil- keeping in a ratio of 1:5:5

Application: can be used in sausages, baked meat, seafood (fish) food, frozen food ect..
Method of application: add the protein into meat according to 3%-4% of meat product

Storage conditions: store the goods in dry and cool place

Characteristics: JL7601 can be processed with other material directly, also can be made into injection liquid.
Gelatin is good; gelatin value is more than 15g
Can be combined with meat easily, water-keeping ability is obvious
