Polyester Castable Polyurethane Prepolymer
● Application：It applies to make rods, wheels, sealing rings ,sieve plates and other
polyurethane elastomer wares.
● Characteristics：The wares have good abrasive resistance, oil resistance and excellent
mechanical properties , changing colors by adding colorant.
● Operating point：After the prepolymer vacuum degassing in 80-85℃, blending with melted MOCA, degassing, pouring, sulfuration molding,
applying to manual operation and machinery mixing.
l Storage：Store in a cool and dry place. If you can’t use it up at a time, fill nitrogen
gas and then seal it. The storage time of original packing is 6 months.
l Packing：50kg or 200kg/drum
