PTMG Castable Polyurethane Prepolymer
●Application：It applies to make rods, industrial wheels, industrial rolls, sealing rings ,screen
plates and other polyurethane wares.
●Characteristics：The wares have good abrasive resistance，water resistance, fungus resistance, excellent rebound and mechanical properties,
regulating colorant by adding pigment.
●Operating point：After the prepolymer vacuum degassing in 80-85℃, blending with melted MOCA, vacuum degassing, casting, vulcanization
moulding, which is suit for manual operation and mechanical moulding.
●Storage：Store in a cool and dry place. If you can’t use it up at a time, fill nitrogen gas and
seal it, otherwise it will easily absorb moisture and go bad. The storage time of
original packing is 6 months.
●Packing： 200Kg/drum
