Ascorbic Acid(Vitamin C) is one of the most important Vitamins.

A Vitamin is a substance which if not in the body, the body would get sick from a known disease. In the case of Vitamin C the disease from lack of Vitamin C is scurvy.

One gram of Vitamin C (1000mg) is approximately 1/4 teaspoon of ascorbic acid. The powder form of Vitamin C is the easiest way to get a good healthy amount of Vitamin C. It also is by far the most economical as well.
