Description:
PE&PP recycle materials often contain trace moisture. If not eliminated, the moisture will form into drain marks or bubbles on the surface of the related products when processing, which brings the effects to the performance and appearance of the products.
PE&PP Defoam Masterbatch （DC103）is white solid granular, has good compatibility with PE&PP. Before molding processing, the masterbatch （DC103）may be used to add and simply mix with the raw materials which make us carry out molding processing without the drying process.
Applications
It is widely used in PE&PP recycle and moistured materials. It is applied to different products of injection, extrusion, calendering,etc.

It can significantly improve the flow of plastic performance and production efficiency. Also it can reduce the pressure of plastic machinery molding and processing energy consumption , as well as reduce its product cost.
Good compatibility with PE&PP.
Water absorption: it can absorb the water equivalent of 20% of its own weight, save the dry process of PE&PP. Without changing of the processing technology and equipments.

Usage
Addition rate by weight of raw materials: injection, extrusion, calendering process: add 2% -5% (recommended 3%) . Blowing process : add 0.8%-1% (recommended0.8% ). And take it to the plastic mixing machines evenly, then it can be directly processed products. Specific addition rate of raw materials should be based on the moisture content and weather to determine.
