Ceramic corrugated packing is a new type of structured packing, It is composed of many of the same geometrical shape packing unit.Because of its unique structure ceramic, good hydrophilic, its surface can form extremely thin film of turbulent flow and the tilt winding channel to promote air but do not to block air to make ceramic packing match with metallic packing. and its corrosion-resistant, high temperature performance is not compared to metal packing. Surface structure with good wetting property, can make the liquid filling viscous flow speed and fluid is reduced to the minimum. Thus reducing overheating, polymerization and coking opportunities. According to the different corrugated vertical angle, it can be divided into X-, Y-type two types, X-type with an inclination of 30 °, Y-type with an inclination of 45 °.
