Product Description
The vibrating feeder is a linear feed machine for use in sand stone production lines.
It feeds material into the primary crusher evenly and continuously, as well completing some minor screening. We manufacture high quality vibrating feeders for use in the mining, traffic, metallurgy, construction and chemical manufacturing industries. It is composed of a frame, vibrator, spring, triangular belt and motor.
Working principle
The vibrating feeder contains two fixed eccentric shafts with jogged gears. The jogged gears create the vibrations while the two eccentric shafts are then forced to rotate by motor, through the triangular belt. Once power is supplied, the two eccentric shafts start rotating to produce leaner huge power which forces the feeder to vibrate. Through the vibration, the materials will slip and sling onto the screen moving forward. When the materials pass through the screening part, smaller pieces will fall down and avoid further crushing.
