1. Product description: The structure of Deep groove ball bearings is simple and easy to be maintained, which is mainly used to bear radial load and definite axial load. When the radical clearance is increasing, Deep groove bearings will have the same performance as Angular contact ball bearings that can bear larger radial load. This kind of bearings have small friction coefficient, high limting speeds, various size scopes and patterns .

Ring and cages: Chrome bearing steel
Balls: Chrome steel or carbon structural steel
Cover: Rubber or metal
Non-separable and require little attention or maintenance in service
Capable of operating at high speeds and are widely used radial bearings
Deep groove ball bearings are most commonly used rolling bearings
Can carry much heavy axial loads after increase of radial clearance
Can take the place of high speed angular contact ball bearings
Can used for carrying pure axial loads
Compared with other bearings with same dimensions
Lower friction and higher limited speed but lower impact
Widely used in automobiles, tractors, machine tools, motors, pumps, agricultural machinery, and textile machinery and other high speed facility
