Our products have been widely applied in industrial board cutting, mould manufacturing & processing, wooden products doors & woody handicrafts processing, building decorating, upholstery & furniture processing, metal, stone, acrylic, glass, copper, double-color board, pvc borad, fireproofing board, aluminum and advertising products processing,etc.

Features of the machine:

1. The lathe welded use high-quality steel, by secondary quenching processing that ensures the high stability.

2. Equip large power stepping drive motor ;X,Y,Z axes chosen imported straight moving rails, smoothly running, without maintenance, long used.

3. Using high accurate pinion and rack transmission. The highest speed is 35m/min. It can clearly engrave the 1mm small word.

4. Spindle use Italy HSD water-cold spindle, 18000rot/min, fit for long time producing in the woodwork line

5. Advanced industrial controlling system is compatible to many dictate formats that can operate after accident or next day processing so it is very convenient.

6. Remark: This machine can fit for servo system that makes efficiency increase 50%.

7. X,Y axes are specially protected by complete dust-prevent setup to ensure the rails and gears from damage by the dust that produced while working and to lengthen life of parts.

8. Optional: attach sink to decease the temperature.
