Chemical vapor deposition (CVD) diamond is a polycrystalline diamond material synthesized under the process of chemical vapor deposition. 

 CVD diamond has been vastly applied in mechanical, thermal and optical applications, while typical products include cutting tools, dressing tools, wire dies, wear parts, heat sinks, optical windows and so on..

we have two type of CVDD,one type is Mechanical grade with black colour,the thermal conductivity of 800 to 1000 W/(m·K), used in machine cutters, diamond dressers, diamond wire drawing die blanks, heat spreaders

other type is optical grade with white(a litter yellow)colour, the thermal conductivity of 1200-1400W/(m·K), use for Optical transmission and heat spreaders
