WBB series of high voltage reactive power compensation cabinet

Range of application

It is applicable to reactive power compensation devices of high-voltage motor or 3-10KV power supply system used in every industry of trade.

Performance and characteristics

l         High-voltage parallel connection capacitors of high quality form both China and broad are adopted, to make  multi-compensation or on site single compensation for the 3-10KV power supply system, electric motor etc... thus effectively increasing the power factor of customer (could be raised to over 0.95);

l         It can reduce the user’s reactive loss,improve the voltage quality of the power network and reduce line loss;

l         It can improve the transformer’s load factor and electric equipment’s efficiency,and reducing motor heating;

l         High voltage compensation capacitors of high quality are adopted with low loss.，tgd≤1%;

l         High voltage fuses are introduced as short circuit protection to ensure the safe operation of equipments;

l         When the device is off the power network,the remaining voltage can be lowered to be below 50V within 5 minutes;

l         It can automatically switched on and off without operational units,providing safety in use and convenience in maintenance .

Environmental conditions for use

l         Ambient temperature:-40℃～+50℃;

l         Air relative humidity not exceeding 95%;

l         Altitude 2000m(if the altitude is over 2000m,it shall be specially designed in consideration with the specific operating condition );

l         The maximum working voltage shall not exceed 110% of the rated voltage(except the transition process);

l       The maximum current shall not exceed 1.3 times of the rated current (except the transition process ).

Notice for ordering

l         Device type,voltage grade,capacity and other technical requirements of the compensation devices shall be provided;

l         The coil in and out methods of compensation devices;

l         If the user has any special requirement,please negotiate with our company when making orders. the max voltage and the harmonic wave of the power grid should be provided.
