Our main product CCAM is the upgrading products of normal copper clad aluminum wire, taking the international advanced craftwork of cladding welding & drawing method, with all technology index reaching the national electronic industry standard (SJ/T 11223-2000) and American ASTM B566-93 standard. It can be divided into two types soft state (A) and hard state (H) in accordance with mechanics capacity, but according to the copper layer volume it can be divided into 10% and 15%.

CCAM takes aluminum and magnesium alloy as its heart yarn, with its surface cladding copper layer coaxially, and copper layer distributes equally to the circumferential and portrait direction, with good concentricity, highly pure raw materials and excellent compactness, which realizes the metallurgy combination of atoms between copper layer and heart yarn, so it can be used for a long time and never depart. And the electric and mechanic capacity of CCAM is between copper wire and aluminum magnesium alloy wire, absorbing the good advantages of superior conductivity of copper and light weight and good shielding capacity of aluminum magnesium alloy.

It is a new generational product with high intensity on the basis of copper clad aluminum wire, with available characteristics of light weight and good conductivity, what is worthy to recommend is its tensile strength has improved 30% to 40% compared with the some specifications of copper clad aluminum wire, reaching the 80% of pure copper wire. It avoids the disadvantages of copper clad aluminum wire's low intensity and fragility while its wire size is below φ 0.5mm, so it is the right product replacing pure copper wire. Capacity comparisons between CCAM and other products:
Compared with pure copper wire, the weight ratio between CCAM and pure copper wire is about 1:2.5, so under the same weight and wire size, the length of CCAM is 2.5 times than that of pure wire size. That is to mean buying one ton of CCAM is the same with 2.5 tons of pure copper wire. CCAM has great advantages of light weight and saving cost.

Compared with aluminum and magnesium alloy wire: CCAM heart yarn clad a layer of pure copper, so it has the weldability as well as pure copper wire, so there is no need to have special processing like that of aluminum magnesium alloy wire.

Compared with copper clad aluminum wire, CCAM has a series of advantages of light weight, good resistance ability, fine heat conductivity, strong electromagnetic shielding capacity and damping capacity, what is better is that it enhances its tensile strength and its elongation percentage, greatly improving its mechanic capacity and applicability.
