Tungsten Bucking Bars are made of a Tungsten Alloy that is more than twice as dense as steel; With their small size and weight you can get the bar in tighter places and get more mass behind the shop head of the rivet thus making it easier to set. Although higher in cost than steel bucking bars, we believe the versatility of our Tungsten Bucking Bars becomes very apparent. The quality of your riveting will improve due to the excellent handling characteristic of the bar, meaning less rivets to drill out.
