SKD impulse hot press machine, all the thermal control componets made of impoted material, the press head is made of Ti-alloy which keep the head in hardness. PLC controller is installed in it , and the customer can choose the manual-auto function. all the system have been used the SHENKEDA unique technology --- image localization which will promoting working efficiency and producting veracity, furthermore, this kind of equiement have be with the Touch-LCD , and all the command will be issued from it by worker.
this facility is applied in TAB, TCP press joint and FPC,FFC ,PCB welding press joint
