1. Used in LiCoO2 battery: Nanometer Magnesia can form solid solution, stable lattice and improve the cycle performance.
2. Spinel lithium manganese battery:adding 0.5-20％of nano-MgO in the electrolyte as a deacidification-solvent,can improve the capacity and cycling performance of LiMn2O4.
3. Lithium-ion battery:adding 0.3-0.5% nano-MgO to anode material,can improve the problem of capacity fading during cycle process. Simultaneously the anode material’s reversible discharge capacity is 140 mAh/g min,and the anode material has good cycle performance.
4. Nickel-zinc battery:adulterating 1.0％wt of nano-MgO in the zinc negative active material can reduce the polarization of charge and discharge, reduce the internal resistance of the later cycle and increase the utilization rate of negative plate active material, extend cycle life-span.
5. High chloride zinc chloride batteries: adjust the acidity of electrohydraulic;slow self-discharge; restrain swollen of battery, improve storage performance, improve the discharge capacity and advance the paste coated.
6. Ni-Cd battery:Adding magnesium oxide, zinc oxide and iron oxide in the cadmium electrode,can improve the utilization rate of material.Adding magnesium oxide, indium oxide and zinc oxide in cadmium electrode,can improve the charge retention capability of sealed Ni-Cd battery.
