1. Well trained system
Every staff must accept 60 days of training courses and have to pass qualified examination before starting work.
2. Higher warranty standards
Low defective rate and long warranty time. We promise defective rate will under 1% for ballast and 0.2% for xenon bulb. While other companies provide 12 to 16 months warranty. Our company offers over 18 to 24 months warranty.
3. International ISO 9001:2000 quality management system
We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified company. Our products get CE, ISO90001:2000, DOT, E-ARK, RoHS, and TUV certifications. All the products have got professional and authoritative quality certifications.
4. Strictly quality test
Every product before shipment will have more than 10 tests, including Luminosity test, drop test, waterproof / dust test, shock test, lifespan test, performance test, efficiency test, high/low temperature test, salt spray test, and aging test. The entire tests make sure our products have very low defective rate.
5. Strong research and develop ability
We dare say no HID xenon companies in China can change and improve rapidly than us. We have improved quality more than 200 times during these 7 years' effort. We improve product quality almost 2.3 times every month. Our strong research and develop ability makes our quality improve quickly and price down at the same time.
