5XZC-3DS Seed Cleaner & Grader

INTRODUCTION:

Black Pepper Seed Cleaning Machine is used for cleaning and grading seeds, grains, cereals, beans, species and other granule material. It can be equipped to suit a variety of special jobs and purposes.

Dust and light impurity will be removed by aspirator fan, material will fall on sieve layers and be separated by sieves according to the width and thickness difference. All the oversize and undersize impurities will be discharged from outlets.

WORKING PRINCIPLE:

After feeding materials into the machine by bucket elevator, the dust and light impurity will be removed by air aspiration system, and then materials will enter to sieving trunk which has multi sieve layers, finally the material will be graded into different levels by size, at the same time all the oversize and undersize impurities are removed.
