Grade: CK45/S45/SAE1045,SCM440/SAE4140,EN8D,ST 52,16Mn,20Mn,E355,SAE1020,SUS 304/316
Metric OD Size: 6 mm -1000 mm Inch OD Size: OD 1/4" to 20".
Chrome Thickness: 20 TO 40 Micron (or according to customer's request)
Surface Roughness:Ra < 0.4 Micron
Tolerance: ISO f7 on the diameter
Ovality: Half of the tolerance ISO f7
Straightness: < 0.2 mm/m
Salt Spray Test: ASTM B117-72hours/96hours,results evaluation refers to ISO4540 Rating 8-10.
Package:Anti rust oil on material and packed first by hard paper tube then in wooden case.
Also Induction Hardened Bar can be supplied.
