The Raw edge v-belt mainly consists of three parts: top-layer fabric, tension member and bottom-layer rubber.Top-layer fabric: The top is composed of one or more layers of fabric, which are abrasion, heat and oil resistant after special treatment.
1. Upper fabric: feature high elasticity, thermotolerance, oil resistance and wearability.
2. Tensile body: composed of low-dilation and high-strength core wire, features high elasticity and stable length.
3. Upper core rubber: composed of fortifying fiber rubber, features excellent durability and smooth performance.
4. Bottom rubber: composed of elastic canvas, is shock resistance and can prevent rubber from cleavage
