Oil press: 4000T, 3000T, 1000T, 500T each one; 6.5m and 2.4m edge flanging machine each one; one 7m press blowing machine; one 8500*2500 heat treating furnace; one 4400*4000 heating furnace; one 3400*3400 heating furnace; one 2500*40 heavy rolling machine; one 2.6m coal gas producer and various matching equipments, such as 10T frame crane, 10T single-beam crane, automatic welding machine, plasma cutting machine, five forklifts and so on.
Our company can press and spin kinds of dish end. Here are the different shapes: elliptic shape, dishing shape, conical shape, flat roof shape, spherical arched shape and boiler profiled shape. At the same time, we can also press U-type revert ring, expansion joint, big/small-mouthed tapered step, butt welded elbow, manhole, handhole, flanging hole and special rotation parts. Heavy oil press can provide various services of punching.
The dish ends (stainless steel, pressure vessel steel, MA516-70, American standard and European standard) manufactured by our company have been exported to Pakistan, Dubai and other countries from southeast Asia & Africa. That makes us get all customers’ accordant recognition due to our good creditability and quality. Meantime, these customers would like to cooperate with our company on long-term basis.
We can also manufacture the various dish end equipments including spinning machine, pressure drum machine and so on.
