This machine is our new generation product. It is similar with Italy or Sweden machine. It has 3 part, cotton swab making, drying and packaging. All these 3 steps are done in one line, controlled by PLC. And the final packaging can be different type also.
Specification:
1- capacity:
a-1000-1200 ones per a minute for plastic and paper sticks, scrap rate is less then 1%
b- 800-1000 ones per minute for bamboo sticks, scrap rate is less than 1%.
c-1000-1100 ones per minute for wooden swabs, scrap rate is less than 1%
2- Dimension: 9500mm(L)*1000mm(W)*1400mm(H).
3- Drying power is 14KW.
4- Sliver : Weight: 1.5G/M, even length and weight
5- Plastic stick length: 2.3mm-2.4mm, round, weight is more than 15g, length is around 72mm, error is less than 1mm.
Drying power for complete machine: AC380V 50Hz 8KW
