QC11Y Series Hydraulic Guillotine Shear

MAINFEATURES:

1.The frame adopts whole steel welded construction, which the internal stress is eliminated by vibration and heat treatment process.

2. Advanced integrated hydraulic system with an excellent reliability.

3. The rolling guide with 3-point support and improves the shearing quality.

4. Rapidly,accurately and conveniently adjusting the blade clearance with the handwheel.

5. The rectangular monoblock blades featuring long lifetime with 4cut-ting edges.

6. The cutting angle adjusted to reduce being out of shape of the material.

7. As the cutting beam has been designed in inner-inclined structure,it is easy for plates to fall down and the accuracy of products can be also guaranteed.

8. The machine is equipped with a power-driven back-gauge and manual fine-adjustment device,the numeral value can be displayed by a counter on operation panel.

9. The shadow light device convenient for lineation cutting operation.

10. Steel ball working table.

11. Safety guards which meet the safety norms.
