SUN-CON-EF is a soy protein produced from the finest NON-GMO raw materials that is gathered from northeast China. It has a superior fat emulsion and excellent water binding capacity. It can reach 1:4:4 (SPI: Water: Fat).
Application:
SUN-CON-EF has been produced and designed for use within the vegetarian food, nutrition food industry and meat, fish products.
