K2513RFID uses RFID technology with two sensor keys for encrypting your data and hard drive. When you use such HDD enclosure, you just need to scan chip keys. Then the system will do data encryption and decryption automatically when reading or storing data. No additional software installation needed for accessing data. If without the sensor key, the encrypted hard drive is like a new and unformatted one, which you can't read nor store data into.
It is a good protection of your private and confidential data against other people.
K2513RFID uses plastic case, so it is very lightweight and easy for carry-on. It supports 2.5" SATA Hard drive and compatibility with USB2.0. Support plug-and-play and hot-swappable connection.
