High Pressure Homogenisation is a process of increasing the consistency of a product by means of dispersions. The product is displaced under the generation of high pressure and is forced through homogenising valve gap. With characters of high-speed, high-shear mixing, cavitations turbulence and sheer force break the product into particles of uniformed-sized molecules less than 1 microns. They are used to process liquids, slurries, or granular substances.
