The series of Biaxial dual & cabins burnt lime slaker
  
The series of XH burnt lime slaker is a new generation burnt lime slaking equipment.
It is developed by Nanjing Luxing Technology Co., Ltd. on the basis of absorb the current domestic most advanced technologies. Meanwhile, we developed dust removal device for burnt lime slaker and multi-funcion wet dust removal device which suit for a variety of process conditions. All those new devices are able to achieve the greater level of technology,  solve the dust pollution and protect the plant environment. In addition, there are a variety of supporting equipments which ideal for steel & Iron plant, chemical plant and desulfurization system. XH510-540 Biaxial & dual cabins quicklime slaker
This equipment is adopted the biaxial agitation form, not only be able to agitate and smash agglomerates but also has self-cleaning function. Its unique blade and the agitation way make the burnt lime and the water mixed even and fully react. At the same time, it will smash the agglomerates which produced in the reaction process.
The biaxial blade casting by high manga & mrher metal, high strength and friction resisting metal material after treated by heat has self-cleaning function; Avoided to block the movement of lime and the broken of blades and so on questions which caused by the caking of burnt lime. Lengthened the equipment service life in turn.
3. The inlet feeder of slaker designed a group of helix pusher, prevented the hot steam & dust flowing back (there are lots of hot steam and dust when calcium oxide contact with water). And then, the steam and the dust will be collected to the inlet of dust removal device. What's more, it will reduces the corrosion and damage for the peripheral equipments, provides fine working conditions. Simultaneously also raised the utilization rate of  burnt lime.
4. This equipment designed the dedicated channel for the steam and dust, can use pipe joint to the dedicated dust removal channel. It collocate with our XCE dust removal device enable to deal with the dust and harmful gases produced in the process of lime hydration. That means the abandoned dust of quicklime can be recycled and there is no dust pollution at the scene environment, because it will help burnt lime slaker reasonably allocate water needed during the lime hydration，then the burnt lime will fully reacted.
5.The hydrate rate of the burnt lime was affected by below:
  1 The size of the cabin of the slaker .
  2  The amount of the mixing blade.
  3  The angle for install the mixing blade.
  4 Where and how much water were added into the cabin.
  5 How long it takes(burnt lime through the cabin).

6.The hydrated quantity of burnt lime concerning on below:
  1. The size of the cabin of the slaker
  2. The diameter of the principal axis.
  3. The size of the mixing blade and the size of the inlet and outlet feeder of the slaker.
7.Our XH510-540 Biaxial & dual cabins lime slaker could change the corresponded size according the request of the enterprise. As well as could add the function of Automatic water distribution.
8.For this equipment, the service life of the main body is 5 years(except the quick consumable parts.)
