Zt-3 Compound Freeze-resisting Agent is a new type of chloride-free ． Freeze-resisting agent ,comprised of nitrites ,nitrates, sulphates, etc . It allows the existence of fluid phase of water in the concrete at a specific negative temperature , so that hydration of cement can continue ; and the combined physical and chemical actions produced by all components of the agent can prevent the concrete from early freeze , and the expected strength can be attained within the set duration.

Product Feature
1. C 15 compound freeze-resisting agent is a powder in form ， which can be put into the mixer together with cement ;
2.When the air temperature is below - 5 ℃ , hot water should be used for mixing concrete . and aggregates be moved into a warm shelter , or steam can be employed for heating the aggregates , so as to ensure the temperature of concrete got out the mixer not be less than 1 0 ℃ ．
3.For preparing the concrete mixed with the said agent the water-cement ratio should be strictly observed ,reduce the amount of water used ; if the slump of cement is to be raised .Naphthalene high efficiency water-reducing agent must be added;
4.When cementing has been finished , it should be immediately covered up for the sake of heat insulation , initial curing must be rigorously maintained to avoid early freezing .

Application
1. This product can be used for prefabrication, cast-in-situ. reinforced concrete members and structu res; as welI as prestressed concrete structures .
2. It is suitable for concrete constructions being done at temperature not below -1 5 ℃ , and it can also be used as early strength agent for concrete construction at normal temperatures ;
3.his product cannot be used for reinforced concrete structures in the environment of electrified transport facilities and d.c. mains; it can neither be used for the concrete in contact with zinc or aluminum-plated iron pieces ;
4.It cannot be used for the concrete work ， where foods a re likely to come into contact
