Shenda MGO Sandwich Panel is made of high purity natural magnesium material. This sandwich panel is made by mgo boards and the EPS or XPS panel. We glue the EPS panel with the mgo boards, then press them by a presser machine.  

The panel is warm-keeping. As the EPS is not expensive, the whole panel is not very expensive either. Also as the mgo boards and the EPS are light in weight, the whole panel is also not very heavy. 100% no Asbestos Contained and no radioactivity.

Outstanding fireproof performance

1. The panel core is Self Extinguishing Grade, and the Facing Board Fireproof, so Sandwich Panel has excellent Fire Resistance capacity.
2. The Panel also has advantages such as Water Resistance, Insect Resistance and can bear bad climate.
3. The MgO Board has good Strength Impact Capacity. Above 8MPa impact capacity can keep the house safety.
4. The core are all sound insulation, so being as wall the sandwich panel has good Noise Resistance Capacity, can insulate 30-60dB.
5. The Surface can be painted and decorated by all common material, nail and screw also available in MgO Sandwich Panel.
6. The Sandwich Panel has Light Weight and can in Different Size, with the Tongue -and -Groove design, so it is easy to Transport and Installed.

Packed and fixed board．
1．Cut the boards into regular size in advance about 10mm lower than the height of wall.
2．Fix boards on the keels with self—tapping screw in staggered way.The interval of self—tapping，screw is about 200—250mm and deep into   board for 0.5mm．
3．Keep space about 4mm among boards for shrink and expansion．
4．Pack the board from centre to surrounding areas，simultaneous is not  permitted in order to prevent warping owing to inner stress．
5．Prior to package and fixing of boards，according to real demands，we can lay some glass cotton or rock cotton in the st ructu re to strengthen sound proof and fireproof performance．
