• We exploit mainly 13 types of K Span Forming Machines based on different span and feeding width distance, and we can also design and produce based on your requirements.

• Our rollers are made by 45# steel plated with hard chromium. The length of the finished sheet is measured by the electronic measurement instrument or mechanical measurement instrument. Our machine has protective covers for the cutting motor and cutting part. Our shafts and rollers are both solid.

• This equippment is consists of straight panel roll forming machine, panel curving machine, run-out tables in transport rack, primary curving run-out table,engine/hydraulic pump primary power unit and coil stock pay-out reel and stand.

• General operation: coil stock enters panel forming machine-formed straight panel-straight panel entry to panel curving machine-curved building panel.

• In addition we will provide you all the relevant accessories for free, with which you can begin to do projects immediately.
