Aiming at the speciality of pomegranate, Mr. Sun Xueyi, a senior engineer of Yangling Red Mulberry Fruit Food Technology Co., Ltd., developed the pomegranate mechanical barker and the complete set of extraction production line. The juice yield exceeds 40%. The fresh pomegranate juice produced by this fruit juice production line using totally-enclosed technology with oxygen-insulating has a pure taste and adopts the aseptic filling without adding any antiseptic so as to furthest retain the qualitative color, fragrance and taste. The raw juice can be stored and transported at the normal temperature and the production line has exported to Croatia. The fruit juice is packaged by aluminum foil asepsis bag inside and metal pail outside. The packaging is 200 kg barrel.This production line can process 3T fresh fruit in one hour, with a power of 35KW, voltage of 380V, using 1T water per hour, and covers a space of 12*2.2*8 CBM.
