The thickness of rock plate can be cut: 3-15mm, the maximum cutting speed: 100M / min;
Cutting accuracy: parallelism ≤± 0.15mm/m, diagonal ≤± 0.15mm/m.

6. Equipment performance:

★ cutter base: Japanese SMC proportional solenoid valve is adopted, the pressure is automatically adjusted according to the thickness of the rock plate, the cutter head rotates 360 degrees, the upper and lower buffers, and the lower cutter cuts (it can accurately cut any straight line and all kinds of special-shaped glass)
Felt: Sino foreign joint venture industrial felt (fiber and wool) has good flatness and anti-static
Positioning system; photoelectric positioning, automatic edge searching positioning system, automatic trimming of the specific position of the rock plate, cutting according to the actual size.
Oil supply mode: pneumatic automatic oil injection, synchronous with cutting
