4、  Character:Colourless column crystal,odourless,slightly deliquescence relative density20.4,melting point 60℃,easily soluble in water,insolubl in ethanol.when heated to less100℃,soluble in crystalline water;when heated to 100℃,losing crystalline water,going on heatingand becming NaPO₃.

5、  Uses: It is used as buffer,characteristic improving agent,emulsification agent,nutritionalsupplement,antioxidizer brine penetrable agent,sugar clarifier,stabilizer,coagulant,fowldepilatony agent.

6、  Packing:It is packed with polyethylene bag as liner,and a woven bag as the outer layer.The net weight of each bag is 25kg.

7、  Storage and transport:It should be stored in a dry ,ventilative and clean warehouse;kept away from moisture and hor.Furthermore,it should be stored separately from poisonous substances.
