DuPont Hytrel thermoplastic polyester elastomers .

the strength of plastics, and the processibility of thermoplastics.Hytrel is also available in a full range of Shore D hardnesses (30D to 82D). Special grades include heat stabilized, flame retardant and blow molding. Concentrates include black pigments, UV protection additives, hydrolysis resistant additives, heat stabilizers and flame retardants.

Hytrel G3548L(stopped making from sept 2013), HYTREL G3548 (new grade)
Shore 35D, containing non-discoloring stabilizer, plasticiser free resin for injection molding and extrusion; with low temperature impact resistance as well as excellent mechanical properties. 

Hytrel G4074 
Shore 40D, heat stable, plasticiser free resin for injection molding and extrusion. It has low temperature impact resistance as well as excellent mechanical properties. Contains a discoloring antioxidant. Not suited for light-colored finished products. 

Hytrel G4774 
Shore 47D, heat stable, plasticiser free resin for injection molding and extrusion. It has low temperature impact resistance as well as excellent mechanical properties and good hydrocarbon resistance. Contains a discoloring antioxidant. Not suited for light-colored finished products. 

Hytrel G5544 
Shore 55D, heat stable, plasticiser free resin for injection moulding and extrusion. It has low temperature impact resistance as well as excellent mechanical properties and good hydrocarbon resistance. Contains a discoloring antioxidant. Not suited for light-colored finished products.

Shore 44D, heat stable, plasticiser free high performance resin for blow molding and extrusion; high viscosity/melt strength; excellent mechanical properties at elevated temperatures and fatigue resistance; for CVJ boots. 

Hytrel HTR8341 
Shore 40D, heat stable, plasticiser free resin for blow molding and extrusion; high viscosity/melt strength; excellent mechanical properties at elevated temps; superior fatigue, abrasion, and grease resistance; CVJ boots. 

Hytrel HTR8163HVBK
Shore 62D, heat stabilised,plasticiser free high performance resin for extrusion,low temperature impact,excellent heat ageing,fatigue and crack propagation resistance,for air break tubes.

Hytrel DYM350BK
Medium modulus polyester elastomer with excellent impact resistance developed for Air bag door applications,UV stabilizer.

Hytrel 3078 
Shore 30D, non discoloring stabilizer, plasticiser free specialty resin for conventional thermoplastic techniques like molding, melt casting and extrusion; outstanding impact resistance down to -40°C. 

Hytrel 4056 ,
Shore 40D, containing non-discoloring stabilizer, low melting, plasticiser free, high performance resin for extrusion and compounding; with high impact resistance down to -40°C as well as excellent mechanical properties.

Hytrel 4068,HYTREL 4028 
low modulus with nominal durometer hardness of 40D. It contains non-discoloring stabilizer. It can be processed by many conventional thermoplastic processing techniques like injection molding and extrusion

Hytrel 4069 
Shore 40D, containing non-discoloring stabilizer, plasticiser free, high performance resin for injection molding and extrusion; with outstanding impact resistance down to -40°C as well as good mechanical properties up to 110°C

Hytrel 5526 
Shore 55D, containing non-discoloring stabilizer, plasticiser free, high performance resin for injection molding; high flow, good impact resistance down to -40°C as well as mechanical properties up to 120°C. 

Hytrel 5555HS 
Shore 55D, heat stabilised, plasticiser free specialty resin for injection molding and extrusion; good impact resistance down to -40°C as well as mechanical properties up to 135°C. Contains a discoloring antioxidant. Not suited for light-colored finished products. 

Hytrel 5556 
hardness of 55D. It contains non-discoloring stabilizer. It can be processed by many conventional thermoplastic processing techniques like injection molding and extrusion. 

Hytrel 6356 
Shore 63D, containing non-discoloring stabilizer, plasticiser free, high performance resin for injection molding and extrusion; outstanding mechanical properties up to 120°C and excellent oil, hydraulic fluids and grease resistance 

Hytrel 7246 
Shore 72D, containing non-discoloring stabilizer, plasticiser free, high performance resin for injection molding and extrusion; outstanding mechanical properties up to 120°C, excellent hydrocarbon resistance and low permeability

CONCENTRATES (These concentrates are in a base of Hytrel)

Hytrel 10MS

Hydrolytic stabilizer concentrate for blending with other grades of Hytrel to improve serviceability in hot,moist environments.recommended let-down ratio is 9:1.

Hytrel 20UV

UV light stabilizer concentrate for protection of light-colored parts against UV degradation. Recommended let-down ratio is 25:1 or less.

Hytrel 30HS

 Heat stabilizer concentrate for blending with other grades of Hytrel to retard thermal oxidative degradation and extend useful life at elevated temperatures. Recommended let-down ratio is between 16:1 and 40:1, usually about 20:1.

Hytrel 40CB

Concentrate of a fine particle size carbon black for  Hytrel must be protected against degradation from exposure to UV light when used outdoors or when exposed to sunlight. Hytrel 40CB provides the most effective protection. Recommended let-down ratio for direct outdoor exposure is 7:1

Hytrel 51FR

Flame retardant concentrate for blending with soft grades of Hytrel to improve the flame retardancy as in the time to extinguish or in the extent of burning. Recommended let-down ratio is 10:1. 5IFR shows good thermal/ heat stability.

Hytrel 52FR

Flame retardant concentrate for For blending with grades of Hytrel of 55D hardness and above, to improve the flame retardancy as in the time to extinguish or in the extent of burning. Recommended let-down ratio is 10:1. Shows good heat stability.
