1、IR Touch screen Operational principle

Infrared Touch screen uses Infrared emitter-collector principle. Touch screen includes an array of infrared light-emitting diodes and an array of photosensors with high precision and anti-jamming function. They placed on two operate bezel edges to project an invisible grid of light. The aptitude control system in the control electro circuit will send impulse to diode continually to make the absence of the signal. An object (such as a finger) enter into the grid of light, the beam is interrupted. Then the absence of the signal at the collector is detected and converted to an X/Y touch coordinate.

IR Touch of Keetouch can make the interpolation calculation to each point data through hardware design and software programme .The resolution can reach 4096*4096.At the meanwhile of IR touch working, only one diode processes data works (refers to an emitter and a collector corresponding to the physical location). The electron circuit can be achieved through infrared achieves by rapid response to the tube high-frequency's data acquisition. Therefore, The response speed is very fast of KeeTouch ‘s IR touch.

The product uses touch panel and controller all-in-one design, which avoid the interference caused by component high centralization. The filter material made by special material can effectively filtrate non-infrared beams. It is high anti-jamming of light function. As the IR touch designing elements, we can make no- strength touch come true. Therefore, with good water-proff and dust-proff function, our product can actualize free- maintenance. The product use RS232 interface which can fetch the power from PS2 interface directly. The data wire is marked 1.8 m long, but it can be used monitor- inner power fetching by switch board. KCA-R019-R1A shares 16:9 display proportions. The active area: 410 mm long, 225mm wide. The diagonal length is 482.8mm. The panel dimension : 458 mm long, 304mm wide.
